| 项目简介 |
| ①年生产轻质砖3000万块，水泥40万吨，氢氧化铝8万吨。
②1、资源：纳雍发电厂的建成投入运行，每年将排放粉煤灰130万吨左右，既污染了环境，又占用耕地堆放废渣。建设粉煤灰制品项目，用粉煤灰生产砖、板块、砌块、水泥等建筑材料，同时将氢氧化铝从粉煤灰中提取出来，变发电厂垃圾为宝，既为城镇建设提供建筑材料，减少堆放占用耕地，保护生态环境，又增加了经济效益，促进区域经济的发展与环境保护的相互协调。
2、基础设施：本项目拟选厂址为贵州省纳雍县阳长镇过路沟村皮匠湾（阳长煤电循环利用工业园区）。距纳雍至水城二级公路（省道S213）2.5公里，距(阳)长(百)兴二级公路0.5公里，距六盘水境内滥坝火车站约34公里，该站是枢纽较大的铁路货运站，为基建设备运进和产品运出提供条件。距厂址1.5公里处有乌江上游的阳长大河，为本项目生产用水提供了可靠水资源。距纳雍发电一厂3公里，距纳雍发电二厂5公里，建设地点有电网通过，电力充足。项目所在区域程控电话、移动网络已经覆盖。 |
| Project Description |
| ①The project is to build a construction material production factory with an annual output of 30million pieces of light brick, 400,000tons cement and 80,000tons aluminum hydroxide.
②1、resources：1.3million tones coal powder ash exhausted from from Nayong Power Plant, this kind of ash can be used in the production of construction materials such as brick, plate, block and cement and meanwhile aluminum hydroxide can be extracted from it. Abstraction of coal powder ash can not only promotes the economy development but also protects the environment.
2、Construction of infrastructures: The factory will be located in Yangchang Coal and Power Circulative Utilization Industrial Park of Nayong, 2.5km from s213 provincial highway, 0.5km from Changxing B road, 34km from Lanba Railway Station which is a bigger hub for railway freight, so it is convenient to move equipment in and out. He factory is 1.5km away from Yangchang River which is its water supply resource, and 3km from No.1 factory of Nayong Power Plant and 5km from the No.2 factory of Nayong Power Plant and power net and communication net cover whole factory area.
